I’m a 27-year-old private trainer and online coach living in New York City, but my journey here has been anything but a straight line. I grew up as a three-sport athlete with a deep love for track and field, but a devastating injury during high school left me questioning my athletic identity. My first years in college were filled with unhealthy habits that took a toll on my body, my confidence, and my sense of purpose. I felt stuck, unsure of how to get back to feeling like myself. It wasn’t until I rediscovered fitness by going to the gym my junior year that I began to feel that spark again. I started working out not just to look better, but to feel strong again—to rebuild the confidence I had lost. Fast forward to today, I lift, I jump, I sprint, I stretch - I feel unstoppable and in the best shape of my life. Because no matter how tough the journey got, I knew that with consistency and structure, every ounce of sweat would lead me here.
